1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to NOVA Clothing Store. By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing products on store.jigsphere.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the store immediately.

Notice: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”) and NOVA (“Store”, “we”, “us”). Please review them carefully before placing an order.

2. Store Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or violate store policies.

3. Products, Pricing & Sizing Accuracy

Pricing: All prices listed on NOVA are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product Accuracy: We make every photographic and technical effort to display the colors, fabrics, and textures of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile screen calibration.
Price Modifications: Prices and promotional deals are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the exact time of order checkout.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Payment Terms

Placing an item in your shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve the inventory. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD).
Accepted payment methods include: Unified Payments Interface (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized bulk reseller purchases. In such cases, any amount debited will be refunded in full immediately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on NOVA, including but not limited to brand logos, trademarks, apparel designs, high-resolution photography, graphics, source code, Elementor widgets, and UI components, is the exclusive intellectual property of NOVA, developed by Monavitech and Avisake Mitra. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, apparel purchases, or courier transit delays caused by force majeure events.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your transactions with NOVA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of West Bengal, India.
